If you're shown what you think is a valid id/release, you wouldn't take it down either. No way the hosts/processors, etc could be held responsible for checking that everything is legal.

Your assuming that they asked for that ID and not an ID just to confirm that they appeared to comply, as I said they can't ask for every update and I can't assume she notified them of anything...

More interesting, is the fact that they are going after EX GF sites that were scraping the net on CP charges. This should be a wake up call for all those morons pushing the scraped content sites.

Knew this would happen sooner or later and it's why I sold off most of my teen network and moved on to other things. You couldn't get away from those fucking scraped exGF sites because every trade had them or traded with someone whom did.

TBH though I've seen way worse than those sites and those sites appear to at least have legit content on the tours, unlike many of the others that are out there.

I just don't think that blaming Netbilling was appropriate. As you said, the merchant banks are the ones that hit you with an anal probe and want to know everything about your business. They even took pictures of our office! Netbilling has nothing to do with any of that.

That's why I think its harder to lay blame. The content looks similar to alot of the exgf packages currently being bought and sold and they post the 2257. Personally, in this case with what they had at hand, I don't think the biller should be culpable.
