Ibill - Anyone paid dec 26 - jan 2??

Hi there this is my first post.

An ICQ buddy told me about this place when I told him about my problem with Ibill. I just spent about 20 mins reading other posts and I am totally scared. Ibill told me we would be getting a wire on the 26th. What is going on are they broke?

Has anoyone been paid since Dec 26?

Shouldn't the holdback be in some sort of escrow account? I assume you're on top of the matter but it seems you have quite a bit at stake here.

no. holdbacks are held by ibill. it's part of the agreement you sign when you sign with ibill.

IBill's payments to webmasters are contractual payments on fixed dates. These payments are not discretionary and when IBill start to treat payments to their clients as discretionary one has to wonder why.

If IBill owe you money then it's time to be concerned. IBill obviously have problems , technical or financial, which are preventing them from meeting their financial and contractual commitments.

IBill have obviously withheld millions of dollars in the past month from organizations / people who are owed this money. This is very serious and if it continues should be referred to the authorities.

I am extremely annoyed at the behaviour of IBill. If there are financial problems then they should cease trading immediately and follow insolvency procedures. If there is a technical problem then they should be clearly and definitively informing their client base. This means clearly visible information on their web site and detailed emails to their clients.

Ibill owe us several thousand dollars, if they think Im going to quietly accept getting screwed then they can think again. Im out for blood.

no comment on getting wires these days - but i've definitely seen 'not recorded' from at least a year ago, with no wire problems.

well, it looks like i got a "Not Recorded" for 1/1/2003, and that was at 12:56am EST... i'm not so much concered about that as i am about the fact that the amount is really L-O-W.

as in, if i look at the check for december 1st, and then the one for january 1st, there's a 25% decrease. while it's true that i'm no longer using ibill for new signups and thus the checks do tend to decline a bit from month to month since it's just old rebills, normally the month-to-month decrease is around 5-10%, and that's consistently been the case for the last 6 months.

could i prove that there's some unpleasant shit going on? probably not, but it sure looks funny. bloody bastards.

My amounts for Jan1 seem high. I can't tell if they are actually the last two periods added together. If that's the case then I am about 40% short.

I can't believe Ibill would make us all wait for payments and then post bad data to the CMI. This has taken a hard right into the Twilight Zone.

Looking at my masters and assuming they are showing 2 pay periods for Jan 1 I am from 25 to 40% short per account.

When was the last time they paid out any Web900? Was it July?
Does that account for anyone's extra amount?

Can anyone actually see a detail of their 1/1/03 statement? I get an error when I try. The totals look right on track, but since I can't view the detail, it makes me wonder if the wire may not have been processed??

I must admit I am slightly concerned, but I went through much worse with Epoch a couple years back and they pulled through. Heck, I even took a bunch of my processing back there recently. I think Ibilll's problems are technical. I seriously doubt we are witnessing the fall of Ibill. (grabbing my 'chute just in case!)

I can see follow: ?Check Date 1/1/2002.
Note: when a Check Date falls on a weekend or U.S. holiday, the actual date of check-mailing and fund-transferring will be the next day during which both the U.S. banks and the U.S. postal services are operating.?

Hi,

same here with me.

The wire from the 15th was about 1500$ to low, and today i was told that I will get a wire today or tomorrow (it left yesterday evening) but this wire amount seems to be to high for 1 pay period including the 1500$ but to low for two(including the missing 1500$)

strange things are happening at Ibill.

HOLY SHIT... my ach from ibill was about half of what it should have been....

The amount on the valid check dates screen is X.... the amount in the online statement is Y..... and the wire that i got was X-Y LOL

DUDE, i'm serious.... it's fuckign wierd......

After waiting on hold for about an hour with them.... the ibill robot emailed accounting dept for me, and then some chicklet from accounting just called me back saying that they would send me the remainder as soon as possible....

LOL.... prolly on the 3/1 check LOL

*Wondering how much further i need to bend over for ibill to finish their major ass rape on me....

Quiet, hit me up on ICQ mate ( 132882614 )

I had a membership thru IBILL for UWS for the past 6 months at least and all of a sudden my transaction/card etc are no longer found on IBILL system....

Not sure if this is related but it looks like IBILL "lost" me - a recurring member of your site.... this only happened a couple of days ago and I emailed julie about it....

Just a coincidence or is IBILL really fucking you about???

I just got off the phone with them and they are now saying it should be sent with the next wire, whenever that may be.

Every day a different story from them. I don't have any reservations at all but on Monday I am driving to the airport and flying to Vegas just to see what is going on.

I got my wire for 1/1 today. They sort of "forgot" to pay me for 12/15. They said they'd look into it and see how much they owe me on the "next payout". I said, BULLSHIT! You will pay me now.

I'm going to be camped in the Ibill booth come Monday turning newbies away. I'd say they're in big trouble.

Not sure if this is related but it looks like IBILL "lost" me - a recurring member of your site.... this only happened a couple of days ago and I emailed julie about it....

Just a coincidence or is IBILL really fucking you about???

isn't that nice

did julie get back to you yet? please explain to her that you're a friend. you could also email momo at ultra-sites dot com for a possible quicker response. i'm not at my main computer right now, but feel free to shoot me an email - info at ultra-sites dot com.

the payment amount is still fucked up for me - it's more now (the numbers changed over night), but still not enough (looking at sales for the period vs sales registered in the statement details).

i had a pretty serious fucking melt down this morning over this never-ending and always-worsening ibill payment situation, so i'm taking the weekend pretty much completely off for the first time in over a year. FUCK IT.

is anyone else going to be (or has been) manually wired for their next payment. im EU, so the next pay shouldn't get here till the 6th - but they are sending (apparently) manually. so i am not supposed to 'verify my payment info' because of this. i am supposed to wait until after this wire to change my info (this is what my rep is telling me)... yet when i look at the statements in the cmi, it's telling me i must verify or i'm fucked.

could things be any more fucking complicated and unclear?

It seems some people are getting paid, some people are getting paid too little and many people are not being paid at all.

Could it be that IBill doesn't have the money to pay everyone and this is a tactic to confuse the client base ? No matter what is going on at IBill, it is obvious that they do not have the ability to adapt to change, pay on time or at all in many cases. If it is technical then there should have been a mass mail out of clients explaining the problem, if it's financial then IBill should cease trading.

It is not acceptable of IBill to behave in the way that they have. The directors of IBill need to be held accountable for this mess.

No wire transfer and it seems we have not been paid this period

I?ve just contacted with our sales rep but I got auto response only: ?I will be out of the office beginning Monday, December 30th and will be returning on Friday, January 10th.?

I can figure out that IBill needs our money for a L-O-N-G Holidays

We used IBill as first back up processor and two days ago we have switched to WSB and really happy with it. As I can assume IBill is the worst billing company of 2002 for a lot of webmasters.

Did anyone get their wire from Friday and have it include the missing amount for Dec 15????

I didn't take this seriously at first, but are we supposed to go to Vegas to get it?
