Ideas For Monetizing A Horror Site?

I know, I know, not exactly adult, but - and I can't believe I'm saying this - you are the cleverest guys I know online - so here I am.

I've already got a few ideas, having checked out other sites in the niche.

I'd like to know what ideas you can throw at me.

yes i have a few choice ideas for you-
1)see my sig for movie dollars, they have horror video on demand site in their quick links section which is chock full of mainly low budget horror and sci fi videos for download. I use it for a mainstream genre site and i get sign ups and sales, not a ton but i've only recently started pushing it.
2)i have just noticed that cd universe has upped their payout across the board to 10 percent. i am now gearing to start using that cuz 10 percent in mainstream video is not bad and cd universe has a huge selection of horror/fantasy/sf.
3)there are sites too which combine horror and adult for instance like sexy vampires etc but they are X or R rated so dont know if you could use that.

good old fashioned google adwords, but also allposters.com has a good selection of horror posters.
The guys over at www.fearshop.com have an affiliate program as well. I've ordered from them before and am a happy customer, though I've never used their affiliate program.

If you have the traffic, sell your own ads or get in with a larger ad network like gorillanation.com.

Vampfangs.com has an affiliate program

Add some Text Link Ads

An Amazon store of your own

Adsense dropped one of my horror themed sites for the content being inappropriate and it wasn't even that extreme at all.
