They work well. I chat to them online for anything & have them attend to any situation immediately.

I wondered about Zombaio for second, but only have the few "transactions denied by banks" So shall stick with ccbill all the way.. An American billing company worth its due.

Its a good product and its very customizable because they use PHP->Smarty. So you can edit te templates and build plugins etc. So if your a bit technical its a very good base to build your program on. If your not technical you might find the default install a bit too basic and its also not easy to skin then.

Only 2 reasons come to mind why not to take it really.
1. its way too expensive. Software like Photoshop or Maya 3D don't even cost as much as NATS does in the long run.
2. John is a douche.

For the rest I'd say go for it.
