The return data is bs to me. just because people arent returning the phone doesnt mean people arent unhappy with it. They just are hoping that the phone will be fixed soon

If he knew about the problem beforehand as he indicated in the press conference why not include a bumper or other solution to begin with. He makes it sound as though they are including the bumper only because the customer wants it not because it is needed.

I have one, I have the rubber case for it, I've dropped the phone a few times, but never dropped calls. Maybe It just a myth everyone is buying into all for a free case.
