Well all he was doing was selling timeshifted products. Just like wal-mart sells VCRs and DVRs which are used for timeshifting. Same thing right?

he had sold a vip membership that allowed downloads instead of advertising that simply surrounded the torrent so he directly profited from the infringement

what exactly about

leave the tracker alone
leave the seeder alone
leave the leacher with a fair use right alone

So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants think about that
