Been in this business for a LONG time and NEVER EVER thought I would make a thread like this, but this is just too irritating..

No answers to email or ICQ for over 15 days now aswell.

The actual payout amount is low.

So this is not so much about the money as it is about the way
I think it´s been handled.

When I get a commission report stating a payout should go out, then it doesnt - and do not get an answer for over 2 weeks through either email or ICQ.. Well it´s 2010. I start wondering wtf is going on.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY... Simple as that.

I should point out that Ive been sending Mallcom Traffic for a very long time, and had very few issues throughout the years. They always been good to me and nice guys to deal with.

Anyway, I Finally got a reply through ICQ so I am confident that whatever the issue is, it will be solved.

Perfecto Dollars' account with us has a higher than average minimum commission payout which was requested by them. Two payments ago we were contacted about getting payment even though they did not meet the minimum which they had set for themselves and we paid. At that time we mentioned if the minimum commission payout should be removed and they declined.

The payment after that was also under the minimum commission payout amount but they contacted us and again we made the payment and asked if we should remove the minimum payout amount and they declined again.

Mallcom is following Perfecto Dollars' requests and unfortunately Perfecto Dollars is not meeting the minimum commission payout which they have set for themselves. We offered to remove the minimum payout twice and twice it has been declined.

As for not receiving a response to your requests, I've been informed by Ric that he has been in contact with you via ICQ on the same day you required payment information. If for some reason you did not receive the information that you were looking for then please contact me at gabe [at] mallcom.com

I might just add that there seem to be some emails/ICQ´s lost in the whole "communication loop". I dont get how, since I sent emails, ICQ´s, but that seems to be the case.

Just added Ricardo on Skype aswell to make sure communication goes smooth next time around.

Just like I stated in my earlier message: communication is KEY.

Again, Mallcom paid out and everything is back to normal. Thanks mallcom.
