Smoking used to be such a social thing, now look at yourself. All your friends are not
smoking anymore, you get up for a smoke after dinner and go out alone etc. It's now

When you're traveling on a plane all you think about is a smoke, right? then finally
when you land you run your ass to the closest smoking "Booth?" I wouldn't even call
them rooms anymore, it's like smoking in a can of fucking sardines.. You see what that
shit makes you do? Fucking shit poison cigarettes.

When I quit I got into chewing regular, not-nicotine, gum and it really helped. You might try segueing to the other kind of gum when you phase out the nicotine gum.
