AWE - Referring Webcam Models - Your Experiences?

Several months ago, I started a webcam studio hiring performers directly. I did fairly well, landing approximately 100 applicants per week. Here's my breakdown:

(Weekly - Approximations)

100 applicants
50 sent in acceptable documentation (ID's, etc)
Out of the 50, approximately 10 would actually log into their account and go online
Out of the 10, approximately 4 are did it until their first paycheck then dropped
Out of the 10, 1 is still going online

I have built up to 30 performers who go on at least 3 times per week and I'm making pretty good money off of them, but still seeking more.



Fast Forward to today:

I have decided that it's way too much work to go through the process of posting ads, reviewing applications. Fighting with people to get their proper documentation. Finally getting it, signing them up, only to learn that they never go online.

So, my strategy these days is to simply link my ads directly to Live Jasmin and have them sign themselves up. Basically I am out of the loop and my only responsibility is to post the ads.


My question is this:

For those who work with LiveJasmin, do you prefer to run the studio yourself and be in charge of distributing payments, registering performers, enforcing the rules, etc..

Or do you do better by simply using AWE's Cam Performer referral link and having them register themselves?



I might want to carry this discussion further, but for now, tell me about your experiences SPECIFICALLY with AWE's Cam Performer Referral Program.
