Restaurant owners are filthy cunts!
I know first hand since I was invovled in a sector that had dealings with restaurants and the way some people food is cooked at restaurants makes you puke!

What do you expect with the costs vs profits game? They can use all the cheapest ingredients from China and how would you know since there is no disclosure requirement? And that $7.50 an hour cook doesn't really care if you get food poisoning. They're probably on drugs anyway.

Oh I thought you were gonna say they are filthy because they pass on the cost of paying their employees a decent wage to the consumer through "tips" ;) So the consumer looks like a dick if they dont tip enough.
Try paying your employees a decent wage fuckholes. Instead of $2/hr. |

I hate to say it but Asian restaurants are BAD, always have been.
I wont even eat in a 5 star Chinese place if i cant see what the cook is doing and get a feel for the hygiene in the kitchen. |

I made my restaurant in Thailand an open kitchen for this reason, so people can see what's going on. On busy nights people are lined up at the counter looking in.

I can remember watching a Gordon Ramsey program where the restaurant he was supposed to be helping had a filthy kitchen and the staff seemed really insulted when he went mad at them for it.
