On July 20th I received $113 US from someone, and I have no idea who it is?

If you sent me the funds, tell me the acct ID it was sent from and possibly what the funds are for??????

No idea, that's why I asked. I just wanted to be sure that someone didn't send it expecting something in return, like a blog I have posted for sale or content, ect.

Seems he is doing it the "easy" way and asking for everybody who sent $113 to ANYBODY (as he doesn't give his own epass id) to publish THEIR epass id.

Can't see how that could possibly fail.
