I was never under the impression that BF had leased a locale and some fiber and put a bunch of rackspace in there, I always assumed he was reselling something, because no one who is doing hosting for real has time for anything else.

One of two name servers. It's called redundancy. I'll explain it to you sometime.

Just like having a 6 person support team, and then two additional support guys on call if I need them. So I can have them go in should their be an emergency. Again, redundancy. Making sure everything gets handled quick.

Lastly, one of those guys (Sean) who I brought on to work directly with Konrad. When a box rolls out, he preps the box for Konrad installing everything for his script, and setting up the configuration. Speeding up installation of MechBunny and getting you going faster. If Konrad needs something (add another tube, fix something) he can get in touch with my support directly, get root, or have Sean go in and fix it. Providing good resolution (i.e. no waiting).

Bringing this guy on has been a master stroke. It keeps Konrad, clients, myself happy.

Actually, it was already explained in detail for you HERE champ. Guess you missed that eh?

Must have missed various promotions where people can pay $1000.00 for an unlimited MechBunny (traffic tube) license and get a free design thrown in. Saving them over $500.00-1000.00!!
