Name me a NEW series to follow...

Fuck all on TV this summer, can anyone recommend me a running series so I can catch up on it and kill some time over summer.

Stuff I regularly watch:

Entourage
Scrubs
Modern Family
Community
30 Rock
Dexter
Family Guy

I tried Burn Notice, did not like it.

Shoot me your suggestions!

I've started watching Spartacus: Blood and Sand and Deadwood. Both pretty good. Although you will either have to download them or get them on DVD since they are both cancelled I believe. But it's nice to be able to start watching a series from episode 1 and watch all the way through without missing anything.

I just moved to the UK about 3 weeks ago...I can't find any of my TV shows anymore!!
The cable companies here have very different programming, so I can't watch any of my old shows that I used to follow.

think about that

Breaking Bad = almost flawless.

Mad Men = same thing. Loved seasons 1 & 2. Season 3 was a bit uneven, but then it went out with a blast (one of the best season finale i have ever seen). Season 4 is right around the corner.

True Blood = Season 1 kicks ass. Is like nothing else out there. I was skeptical due to all this gay vampire shit flying around but damn i was wrong. It has every element that i truly dig. Season 2 was really good, not really sure about some of the elements there but it was great nonetheless. Season 3 is on now and it is lacking the "kick" of the previous ones, has some characters too toned down for my taste but it is picking up, slowly, but picking up.

The rest is just filler.

I watched "Family Guy" several times in the past.
I think the talking dog is funny.
Of course, dogs can't talk in real life.
