I want to sell all my ad space per impression. What are the most reliable companies out there for this?

ROFL I had to check the calendar to make sure it was 2010 and not 1999

No one does CPM, and if they do they wont pay you.

Not sure where you would buy banners at CPM. I see it more as a number used to compare different advertising, ads and companies.
