Gary, they haven't actually set up a page saying all those girls live in Dorset. It's called Geo IP Targetting. It looks at the the machine that connects you to the internet, works out where in the world that box is and then 'creates' the version of the page just for you.

So if I look at the it will say girls in Brighton. If someone in NYC looks it will be girls in New York City.

I hope that helps clean up this mystery for you!
