All I can say that Payoneer sucks big time.
They requested copy my ID for approval, I submitted copy more than a week ago and haven't heard from them since then.
I have written them few times mentioning my ticket number - still silence.
If they will handle every single account problem like that - I don't fucking need such "service".

Yeah! The only thing I can complain against Payoneer is support!
They took 10 days to merge my old account with my new one!
They didnt request any ID but maybe they changed their rules!

This is pretty much the same feedback I have been hearing as well. I'm not trying to put payoneer down, but from webmasters who have looked into opening an account with them the feedback has been that their sign up and approval process is a pain in the ass.

To go back to the OP, as I've mentioned in a few other convos I think it will really be up to webmasters, not sponsors, what payment solution replaces epass. Whatever webmasters chose to adopt is what sponsors will go with.

I've been trying to speak with someone in sales at Payoneer for a week, send 3 messages and not a peep out of them Doesn't make me free confident about getting setup with them to pay affiliates.

Looks like Payoneer don't take the epassporte crisis as an opportunity, I'm glad!

Payoneer support really sucks and is only getting worse. There is also no P2P option. www.okpays.com is awesome. No limit (for verified accounts) Mastercard debit, p2p transfers, awesome wallet system, SMS notifications, etc...

SwissMICSI looks pretty cool, but (as per their FAQ): "According to the regulation of Switzerland, porn site can't be accepted." Not sure if that applies to affiliates or not, but probably. I am seriously in love with okpays.com system.

Do you have an account w/ them? If so how was the set up process and how is their customer service? How do you feel they compare to how Epass used to run?

I like Webmoney (http://www.wmtransfer.com/eng/), but only russian affiliate programs use them.

Their system is a million times better than ePassporte functionality wise. Yes, I have an account with them and I am getting a few hundred others connected up as well. Their system is perfect for affiliates. They do require cardholder provide ID. Their support has been very good so far. They are available by email, support ticket or Skype. I do not have any complaints at all so far. Ask me again in a few months

Accounts are free. It's easy to signup and check it out. www.okpays.com

For Payoneer, yes. $5,000 account limit. Not for okpays.com. If you verify your identity (passport and utilities bill) then you can get whatever limit you want.

When I called support, they stated that they haven't respond because it was due to them being located in Israel and due to a holiday ?

Europeans Billing Europe!

The barrier to entry has always been the catch-22 of getting enough cards in people's hands and enough programs to use the service - I think this one finally might put it all together, and it's backed by solid institutions... http://gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=987229

Yeah, Payoneer is based out of Israel (more or less). I think they had New Year's on the 9th/10th.

You okpay drum bangers not concerned when looking at their partner pages?

Half their partners are in Russia and the other half in Nigeria.

Talk about warning signs.

That's because they don't need a debit card ... AlertPay is money moving done the right way!!!

Alert Pay has 4.8million users in 197 countries, and you can load and unload your AlertPay account using your local bank account with 100+ of them (and more being added all the time!)

I started accepting AlertPay at the beginning of the month when epass went to hell in a handbasket, and I could not be happier ...

I would even say that AlertPay is better than paypal for moving money!

Those are exchangers that accept them as a method of payment. Most of them also work with WebMoney, local banks, some PayPal. Basically you send an exchanger money from your OKPay account and they send you your money, minus their fee, on PayPal, WebMoney, whatever.

They are part of UWC Financial Services which is UK company. The debit cards are out of a bank in Cyprus.
