You still get ref $ on the referral ... as long as someone emails, receives the form URL and completed the form back before the cookie expires.

We haven't had problems with anyone not receiving credit for referrals. We reply back to our emails in less than 24 hours, if anyone ever has an issue like this webmasters contact us and we will fix it, but no one has ever had an issue. This helps us protect against fraudulent webmasters and it works well.

i think you misunderstood my post, i was referring to an ANTI-fraud measure on their webmaster sign up page where you have to send your email and name to them, so i was wondering how webmasters got credited if a separate email was sent because without the ref code, how do they know it was a ref from you? thats all i was referring to.
