Even if smut.com is still open for business I'd avoid them. They deleted my blogs because I didn't regularly update them... that's just bullshit if you ask me. I have paid hosts for my "serious" blogs.

WAQN's not closed, just not accepting new webmasters right now. The reason is pretty simple: the amount of blogs grew beyond anyone's belief and all using a single database. Just in the process of db dumps and balancing out the tables so performance improves. Once that's done, new registrations will be accepted. Sorry for any confusion.
