IM chat scripts are old and too common to the surfer now that they know the trick....but with most users now using facebook to chat this facebook look-a-like popup doesnt surprise them due to the fact they use simlar everyday.

im told that its a lot more effective than the old stype IM type of design.

I notice in the output code some of the source files are hosted/point to the developers domain. Do you know if changes can be made within the software's control panel so you are not relying on an outside party?
