What is the last concert you went to?

A slow year for me on the concert front this year. The last concert I went to was Depeche Mode about 6 months or more ago? I have two booked in before the end of the year - Placebo and Weird Al (his first UK gig..I had to go) but nothing huge.

What is the last concert you went to and was it any good?

An interesting mix between the two. There was one week a few years back where I went to Cradle of Filth one day and the next day went to see The Bangles. It was a bit of a mental switch between the two.

I went to see The Opposites last Friday, a dutch rap duo. Didn't know the music but it was good anyway. I expected to be the oldest person in the club but luckily I wasn't
Last June I saw Muse and The Editors, both great. And last January I was at an Ian Brown show. Great music and good fun, that guy is weird!

I had no idea they were touring. If I see them show up in the UK (you would think they would come here, huh?) I think I will have to get tickets to that. If they do Pale Shelter I will be jealous. That is just a great song no matter what you think of their sweaters.

Dave Matthews band a few weeks ago. Great seats too.

We go to see Dave Matthews every year when he's in town. It's really the only concerts we go to.

Dave Matthews just hasn't made it big in the UK. They keep trying to launch him with concert dates and a few years ago I saw a 'Who is Dave Matthews' graffiti advertising campaign going up around London. Yet, with all of that they just haven't become a big deal.

Fuck yeah!

I saw them, maybe 4 or 5 years ago.. shit, maybe it has been 6 years, lol. Did the Warlocks open when you saw them? But yeah, great show. Gave me a migraine that lasted for 3 days on account of all the insane lighting effects but was still worth it.

Last show was something local, friends' band. Been a good year for shows, seen a pretty wide spectrum this year. Everything from old school death metal, old school hardcore, to hip hop.

Kool Keith was probably the only let down show this year. He didn't come out until almost midnight and his set was like a "best of Kool Keith" mash with him doing 30 seconds of all his greats in one giant steam roll. Didn't care for it.

The next thing I think we are going to that comes to mind is social distortion, though there might be something before that I can't remember.
