Even if they are, they're not affected because they're not affiliated with VISA. The bank was not shut down.. only the VISA cards issued by that bank to Epassport are affected, however, I see NOTHING in the news about the bank suffering any issues and if they issued Visa cards to their own customers, you'd think they'd also be cut off and there'd be something in the news..
