I never thought of it but lots of them use epass for tax reasons.

How ill this effect the cam business?

Fuck them, if they are using it for 'tax reasons' then we need them to NOT get their cards back.

It fucks it up for all the rest of us conducting legal business with them.

Its not so much taxes being the reason, but probably more that many of them have to pay big fees to cash american checks in their country.
