You have to sign in first with your CCBill affiliate ID then you get taken directly to the page with all the tools, including the FLV mass exporter, individual FLV (or MPGs, for old school) galleries, ZIP sets with FLVs, etc etc.

No, i'll try again. you said you had FLV galleries. the examples i've been given so far are MGP galleries and embeddable FLVs, neither are FLV galleries.

FLV galleries are sponsor hosted pages like MGPs but with embedded FLVs in them.
