This might come as a suprise for some for me anyway this looks very strange. I checked every part on epassporte.com for an address. NONE, seriously there is no postal address on the website. Under contact there are only phone and email, under privacy also no address, if you click the link ePassporte N.V in the buttom of the site it just redirects back to epassporte.com

This is sneaky business - making a company in this scale with an official address WTF is going on. No wonder FBI is looking into this company. Somebofy is going to jail thats for sure.

What proof is there that they are being investigated by the FBI?

There is a Marina del Rey return address on the VV cards when they are mailed ... and it is common knowledge that Mallick lives there.

They are an international business handling funds from all over the globe so it is not shocking that they are officially offshore.

Yeah, epassporte doesn't provide much information sometimes.
Sometimes, all I see is payment from nickname:fly amount:$150.
It could make more sense to do business with names (first/last).
