You can send money to anyone just with their email address or card number. Funds can be sent with a mastercard, so in theory you can use your payoneer card to send funds to someone else's card without having to wire or use a 'real' credit card.

This can come in handy for reasonable amounts.

This is not the true p2p transfer, this option (to send money to a card) has each of the mentioned systems.

p2p transactions should be cheaper, immediate + you do not send the money to a card, so it cant be frozen on the card if VISA pulls the plug.

P2P transaction is a MUST for me.

It is probably safer that they keep it this way, establishing the definition of "loading a prepaid visa" versus transferring money between accounts.
