You need to set up a thai company for the work permit, You need to have thai employees, but you can fake actually having them but if the labor dept pays a visit you'd be in trouble.

If you don't want to leave every 90 days you need at least 4 thai employees.

You will have to pay tax.

The other way is to do tourist visa runs.
