they sent out in their newsletter and its all over their site that tim is on vacation with family for the american holiday. it also says who you should contact until he returns. looks like they covered bases pretty damn good to me.

Didnt see the newsletter Ok thanks guys I will go to their site and see who's handling things... but as I said I had emailed sales/support twice as well, and over a week ago... maybe just a glitch...

They suck ass. We USED to rep them, takes them WEEKS to return emails. No matter how much traffic we sent them, we only made exactly 2 joins every 3 months. Exactly, no more, no less. Their shaving program is really advanced. (in my opinion.) Glad we pulled out.
