Epassporte will work again. I cannot think otherwise. Besides, some functions of Epassporte work and money can be sent in certain ways. However, withdrawal of Epassporte funds from the ATM does not work.

0.25 seems like too little. Maybe 0.5-0.7 because it looks like the epass situation will be solved.
