So what payout method would you prefer?

I know for many non US webmasters checks and wires aren't good methods to be paid because of the crazy fees and why Epass is a preferred method, but on the chance that Epassporte can't resolve their current Visa issues(but hoping they do) what other method would you prefer?

I'd say paypal, but I know they don't like adult. And they charge crazy fees to the receiving party, unless the sending party eats the fees, by doing the gift option, or some shit.

I will wait and see how things turn out with epass... If I won't have any other choice - I guess I'll try out Pioneer...

PayPal would be great, but from my current point of view, payment method is the least of my concerns since a lot of sponsors are simply not paying at all...

i go for payoneer. . when i got the card it was huge. they insist to comply some legal documents for the application and its good. i felt secure. damn awesome. hope some sponsor are willing to accept payoneer as a payout option.

Actually with paypal, I have been paying main stream affiliates for years, and when you do a mass pay, the affiliate is not charged a fee for receiving their commission, and the sending party is only charged $1 per affiliate.

It does, but it's kind a expensive,it cost 7$.Currently only valid alternative would be payoneer because paypal is limited to few countries when it comes to receiving money, moneybookers is not allowing anything related to adult.

Also to you guys using paypal, sometimes PayPal will put a temp freeze on an account when you move too much money to people outside the US. This means not only putting a hold on any funds you have in your account but also a hold on any funds recently transferred until they complete their "investigation". Have had it hapen a few times, investigations have never taken longer than a week but it can be a huge inconvenience not only for the program but for the affiliates who have just been paid.

Just putting it out there that in addition to the fees their policies are another thing that IMHO don't make them a stable long term affiliate payment solution.

Wire, check. direct deposit. I don't care much for paypal since they froze my account for an investigation, and held $7000 for 3 weeks, because my utilities were included in my rent, and were in the landlords name.

Great post Wizzo. I know I've been asked by a lot of affilaites about paypal today. It just isn't an option for adult programs. Paypal shuts down accounts without payment if they find out its adult related. It has happened to us several times. Anyone thinking about Paypal as a solution should really think about something else.

I would prefer an ACH from your account to mine. Costs less than a dollar and most sponsors that use it instead of a wire bite the fee since it is so fucking low.

Until the next innovative payment technology comes out (eg. Interac E-Mail Transfer in Canada, but world-wide -- in other words, instantaneous wire transfers), then I'll go with wire.

Maestro, Interac, Plus, or someone would make a killing on that, if they managed to setup a huge alliance with thousands of world-wide banks (which they somewhat already have, seeing as how they're accepted at almost every ATM in the world). Loads of online payment processors would go out of business, but hey, we'd be better off. No more fucking around with ePassporte, PayPal, AlertPay, Payoneer, or any of that shit. Just simple, direct & instantaneous payments, bank to bank.

Cut these asshole payment processors out of the middle, and deal directly bank-to-bank. Anyone who needs to process credit cards can get a merchant account, like every other established business out there.

Wires are great for larger payments... I get so many little payments spread out among 30-40 sponsors, each sending me $100 every period or two... If I was set to wire I'd get paid once every 4-5 months. Epassporte was a nice payment aggregator for me.

Paypal is a pain with their freezes
Checks and wires are insanely expensive outside the US

something like Epassporte with a VISA pre-paid card connected to it

How big of a programming project would a epass type of system be?

I am not a programmer so I would imagine very big??

AdamX was pushing it pretty hard for a while, but I think all in all it is pretty much a dead product.
