The main reason I started selling traffic over 10 years ago was because of the pain in the ass of actually getting paid for the money I made with a sponsor. Now it's just plain insanity. I only send to a few (mostly dating) sponsors as a affiliate and even these few the chances of actually getting what is MINE is bad. I'm so tired of having to chase sponsors down to get paid. Sick of the excuses, sick of the bullshit.

Funny, you mention this. I just had to send off about my 5th email/icq message to a sponsor who owes me almost $500 for a payment I never received and they just totally fucking ignore me. It's been going on for almost a month now. I'm so fucking tired of this shit.

I hear you. Then there are also issues which either outright or "Accidental" leaks and instances where I will not get credit for the sale. All sorts of bullshit. I'd be surprised if I'm really getting credit for at least 25% of all revenue I send in a revshare program at this point in time. It gets worse every year with the little tricks.

Then you have the idiots who switch affiliate backends or processors (i.e. no credit) entirely without even a courtesy note to affiliates. I know of at least 10 personally in the various niches I do and am switching them over this week (PITA). I'd like to track them down and chew them out but instead I'll settle for making sure they never get a single hit again from me.

So many crooks and assholes. What ever happened to a true 50/50 partnership? I make you money and you give me my cut. A simple arrangement. It makes me want to find a handful of sponsors willing to do a prepay deal instead...but even then....as you say, will they pay? I think a lot of it is really that these people don't know how to run a business and are only used to easy money. All marketing flash and scams, no traditional old school values or knowledge. Just grab as much money as you can today and be ready to run like some crooked used car salesman... Call me jaded. <sigh>

If you ever want to test out your traffic for cams, clickcash has paid on time, every week for me for over 10 years, let me know. Not sure how much success you have had with cams, but there is a lot that goes into how you promote it and the promos you use.

Yes, some sponsors are delaying payments and using Epass as an excuse. I have one that froze my payment because I was using Epass. Well, I changed my payment option to check and sent them 3 emails informing them that I wanted my payment sent by check. All 3 emails were ignored. Bastards.

Our affiliate program pays on time.. thats the main reason I suse CCbill.. I have enough to worry about with making content, adn managing sites.. its so much easier to just not have to worry about paying affiliates on time and I can use all the traffic I can get. Other sites are closing down, but we are expanding...and it's alot to keep up with. makes it worth it to just pay ccbill their fees and not have to think about it.

Which makes sense becasue alot of assholes here like to go around the boards making trouble. Unfortunately, when someone does screw you over, and you get pissed and say something, they laugh at you while your banned and theyre screwing other people over, that are laughing with them, at you..

Sale's arent profitable? How is a sale not profitable numnuts? It's not charged back, it's not refunded. It's just as profitable as any other signups. Someone paid with their credit card and DIDN"T charge back. How can that be "not profitable" for the sponsor? I'm refering to all the sponsors that have went out of business and not paid affilaites, the sponsors that you have to chase down to get paid, this has nothing to do with signups I send not being profitable. LOL. I'm guessing you are some fuckhead I banned for cheating and have a agenda against me. So lets post a list of sponsors that are delaying or not even sending payouts with the claim that peoples signups are not profitable enough for them to get paid what they are owed. Your statement was just silly. The affiliate sends the sale and that's it. Unless there's fraud you pay all monies owed and then terminate the relationship if you don't like the traffic. To not pay is possibly fraud on your part. And look around, choker isn't the only one having trouble getting paid.

Well I don't think the expectation is unreasonable at all. If someone refuses to pay me with that excuse I'll call them a fraudulent sponsor. Especially considering that I do 95% revshare 5% PPS.
