If you are looking at hardlinks for SEO purposes. You'll have to look at a variety of factors on the site the hardlink will go on. Like incoming links, popularity, relevance, etc.
For traffic purposes, you should look at how much traffic they are getting and determine how much you are willing to pay CPM or CPC. |
