There is a chance that money makes it into a bank account, and shows up there, but then it disappears ( like when some checks bounce, or a transaction is reverted )

Nice... Running on the idea that if the money has been locked in ePassporte for 3 weeks surely the fraud has surfaced... Except for the fact that you can still do wallet to wallet transfers and so the money could be brand new.
