RIP Stephen J Cannell
I loved reading and watching this guy's work!!
He gave us such incredible shows as 21 Jump Street, The Rockford Files and A-Team, as well as a ton of hot books that were instant bestsellers. Stephen J Cannell was a powerhouse in TV during the 70's and 80's but sadly he died today, succumbing to his ongoing fight with melanoma. Rest in peace SJC! Even if you're not a fan of his work, he also paid for the production of several other cult-loved shows such as "Profit", which was basically Dexter in the early 90s, without all of the blood and gore.
