Tried hitting up Sherm two times and even when it looks like he is there, I didn't receive response. Anybody else got a reliable Duke Dollars contact? Need to talk them about payouts

Hello...as sent via email to all affiliates last week, we have been away at the Barcelona Summit as well as the Amsterdam show. I will return to the states on Monday and I will be able to check emails at that time. I apologize for the inconvenience, but we did our best to notify all affiliates before our departure.
