Current poll numbers show popularity of the current Healthcare Reform Bill slipping in popularity with the American People...These poll numbers rise and fall weekly with Fox's ratings...

Have you turned on FOX lately? You cant watch it for 30 minutes without the Anchors saying buzzwords like "Socialized Medicine" and talking shit in one way or another about "Obamacare" which is in itself is meant as a racist and derogatory term. Fox is constantly saying "Some Say" - "Some say Obamacare will have government agents come to your house and decide if your Grandma should live or die." Lets be honest folks, millions of people are watching this channel all day long and this shit is just pure slander.

The anti-healthcare reform campaign is a bought and paid for CRIME against this nation. You guys who come on GFY with your right wing smear tactics are COMPLICIT IN THIS CRIME...

The effort to defeat Obamacare was funded to the tune of SEVERAL BILLION DOLLARS by the large Health Insurance companies and Big Pharma.

Millions of dollars per DAY were spent by these slimy corporations to defeat Obamacare - their primary outlets were then, and continue to be: Slick Lobbyists, Fox News, Freedomworks and other such Astroturf Criminals creating phony "Movements" like the Tea Party and other ALL WHITE (99.99 percent) Fear and Smear Monger Organizations.

The fact the Health Reform was passed is a testament to the INCREDIBLE NEED for this legislation in this country. Doing nothing is NOT an option in the face of a crisis like this nation is undergoing.

The Tea Party was CONCEIVED, INCUBATED AND INFLICTED on the American People by men like Dick Armey and Rupert Murdoch as a weapon of misinformation to foment the burning hatred of the poor uneducated Red States, and trick them into disliking a health care plan that would benefit nearly ALL OF THEM.

The appeal was racism and the bait was Fox News.

Right wingers were so stung and shocked over John McCain's loss that they were RIPE VICTIMS to be used as pawns in a game played by OLD WHITE MEN to hold onto the slanted rules put into place by Reagan and the Bush Crime Family.

The VAST majority of American People support the need for Universal Healthcare so of course current polls will show unpopularity with the current plan. Here is why:

Health Reform, in it's current form (it will be improved over the coming years) guarantees HUGE PROFITS for Health Insurers at the COST of quality care...

But Obamacare is a step in the right direction and it will not be repealed even if Republicans take both Houses of Congress in Nov.

Meh. If McCain got in we'd be likely in pretty much the exact same spot... Similar level of stimulous, similar job numbers. Everyone in the U.S. has health care and has had for my lifetime (I am in my fifties)...the poor as well as the rich. For the poor it is free...for the middle class...upper middle class...and the rich they purchase insurance if they choose to. Many that can afford to pay for insurance choose not to...and spend their money on other things.

In my case health care is free as I am a disabled Vet...but I also carry private insurance though it is restricted on what it will and will not pay for.

Right. The idea that all Birth Certificates would be standardized throughout the entire state of Hawaii is absurd. I lived in Hawaii for 5 years there is nothing standard about it, in the 60's I'm sure it was like a 3rd world nation.

It never ceases to amaze me that peeps in the USA blame Obama for anything. You can't as a Nation a) buy everything from china for the past 30 years and b) spend all the money you have left on two long wars and not expect be flat broke.

Two massive outflows of cash - where is the money coming from?

There are emergency rooms...free clinics...semi free clinics...County Hospitals...but more importantly States have medical assistant programs for the poor and working poor. In California it is Medi-Cal...in Oregon it is OMAP...other States would have different names for their medical assistant program. In my life time I have never known anyone to go without medical care.
