New Phone Prefix? #
Just heard a commercial for a local ambulance chasing law firm. What was interesting is the phone number at the end, "Call #law"
So is # a new, obviously limited, prefix? . |

It only works on mobile phones. A mobile marketing firm sells these "numbers" beginning with # or * across the country. So if you dial #LAW in your area, you'll reach a local attorney. I've also heard *COOL for A/C contractors on the car radio this summer.
