Use http://certifiedhosting.com/unlimited-web-hosting/ they are ok with adult, have good support and price. I have a dedicated, so check the other options I don't know

You have the backup from your DB/files?

i have account with them already.,

and i do not have backup., justhost have them, i guess so., i ll tell my new hosting to do cpanel transfer.
