GFY (Q & A): ?What is the best way to allocate your marketing budget?"
Once I got to writing this one, I realized I could only scratch the absolute surface of what's involved in developing a marketing budget. Everyone, and every business, is a bit different...so there's no "one size fits all" answer, but here's my best shot at it.
Criticisms are welcome! http://returnmyjedi.com/2010/10/mark...d-forecasting/ I may decide to break each of these up, and write them out separately....Entire books are dedicated to budgeting and forecasting for marketing....so small chunks are probably easier to express than the idea of budgeting as a whole. This is a "look over my shoulder" type of style where I try to explain how I, personally, would budget an initial $10,000 of marketing funds if I were starting a new online adult membership site. |

Get the lowest expense and the highest revenue. If possible, find ways to advertise for free.
