Interesting, even if you give someone permission to work on your body (in this situation, tatoos) if what they do exceeds or violates your permission, they can be charged with ASSAULT. That's in addition to the beatdown the victim allegedly received from the perpetrator.

To add insult to injury, even the slogan was misspelled
