SKNAB virtual VISA

If you are one of the many people who had to send verification to SKNAB, does your virtual VISA card work after they verified your account?

I could not use it to pay for hosting.
And the order I placed on amazon was not confirmed in the last 24 hours.
Or should I use the physical card's details to make payments?

Mine worked 24 hours after they verified it. (well there was a glitch that had to be sorted out by phone but aside from that yes).

I haven't tried to buy anything or to pay anything with it. I only withdraw money via ATM which works fine.

it might be the ccv number on back.
i only had a virtual visa access as my real card was never activated when the whole epass thing happened, so i called the bank, they gave me a new card number and still it would not work.
so i called them again and they said it was the ccv number on back. they issued me a new one in a few days and everything worked fine.

two other things- visa virtual never worked when i tried to use CCbill or paypal.

I have payed for Hostgator and used it on Zavvi.com. So it does work but not on Paypal.

Is there any alternative to withdraw cash into your bank account? Paypal is out. I have no card btw.

unfortunately not. i could not find a way to extract actual $ from the virtual card, but i was able to pay for all my hosting and domain names until 2012 so it worked out well.

i have never bought anything on ebay but what if u put a random item for sale and you buy it too , couldn't you use the vv card to pay for it and then the money would come back to you ?
i dont know if its possible, just a thought...

my thought was if you or a friend has a merchant account on ebay you can have a fictitious random item listed for sale for 2000$ for example, you pay for it with your VV card and the money goes into the sellers paypal account from where the seller (your or a friend) can withdraw it ...
wouldn't that eventually get you your cash ?
if this isnt possible sry , just thought i'd throw it out there maybe it could work

That's really bizarre - I placed two orders on Amazon on different days.

The first order was sent, however the second just won't go through

When I talked to the rep, she said it can use paypal. I was thinking of sending my friend funds, then have him send back using "mass payment" ($1 fee)

Actually, has anyone INSISTED on a damn wire? I don't understand how they can hold our money like that and give us these rules and regulations on how we should be spending OUR money. Aren't we suppose to be their customers now that our funds are with SKNANB?
