I asked my sponsors and they said they will not add paxum.

Your cam sponsors say they will not be adding Paxum. The reason is because they don't want to.

i don't expect to get an answer from you ,but maybe the sponsors have an answer.

We can't dive into things just because a few webmasters want it.

Paxum is too new for a lot of companies. They've been burned too many times and aren't about to dump 20k-40k into Paxum.

If everyone recalls, Epass magically went to shit RIGHT AFTER a lot of sponsors loaded their accounts for payouts.

Yes indeed for example company t3leads just released news how they support epass and they went to shitter almost right away.

Well... my opinion is that would be nice cam sponsors to have more than 1 electronically payment option (except wire and checks)..
Most of all choosed payoneer and they pay transfer fees like pussycash , but would be nice for all of us to have an option.
