So far it seems a 50 / 50 split. I need to make the decision who to go with. I appreciate all your comments guys. Keep them coming. I may need to go out and get both options to play it safe.

add that Paxum is less a hassle regarding the credit cards and Paxum tickets are answered right away.
Payoneer however seems very solid, but on the other hand so did ePass

Paxum or I-Payouts.
Payoneer is a rip off atm with their current fee structure and the way funds are loaded and shuffled around.

And also does anyone know why Visa cancelled epass?

Do you guys feel safe and secure with Paxum?

Or do we take the money out asap?

There is no doubt we need Paxum.

I am just concerned as Visa cancelled epass and nobody knows why. What about Paxum? Could this happen a second time around?

I just feel we really need to ask many questions becasue we dont know what reasons Visa/mastercard use to give no warning to terminate accounts.

Anyone can be shut down at anytime but here is what i can promise...

We wont ever make a movie
We wont ever accept gambling
We will always follow all regulations that mastercard puts out and take any new rules they put out very serious.

We set our daily withdraw limit for the atm at $2,500 so you guys can access your money and remove it as fast as possible. It does us no good if you just have large amounts of money sitting idle with us. We make money on transactions

On the B2B front i see CashX then Paxum.....could be the other way around of course.
But Payoneer i doubt will make it in that field which is a problem if affiliates cant spend their virtual money with suppliers.....

We encourage all our clients to take out their funds as soon as they arrive. We provide a $2,500 daily withdrawal limit through the prepaid card to help facilitate fast movement of your money.

We do not charge you to load your account from sponsors (P2P), we charge a $2 USD ATM withdrawal fee anywhere in the world, and we are listed with more than 100 sponsors as a payment option, with plenty of webmaster services (such as hosting, design, traffic, etc) available through P2P payments as well.

Our support is prompt and effective and it is completely free to signup with us, with no monthly maintenance fees. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours and then you're able to use your account to the fullest.

If you have any particular questions that I can help you with please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Both are okay if you have use for them, depends also what sites you are promoting. Paxum has been growing much faster having over 100 affiliate programs using it now, but Payoneer has 50+ programs too. It's still early to say how things will be after 1 year but won't hurt to get account from both Paxum and Payoneer. See sig for list of sponsors who are using them ;)

Go I-Payouts and get I-Payouts to load onto your Paxum card. Or set up daily auto-withdrawals so your money doesn't accumulate. It's the most flexible option. You don't even have to wait for a card, just load it onto your current CC if you don't want to load it onto your Paxum one.

So i suppose Paxum is the clear go ahead. And we need to withdraw more often than we have been in the past.

Paxum is no brainer. 10-30-2010 05:03 PM NEG REPPED FOR SHITTING ON PAXUM
can you post what usernames neg repped you with those comments regarding paxum? A few people have complained that they are getting neged rep when they dont support paxum.

I have a feeling it is someone who doesn't like us just trying to make us look bad

As someone who's been watching the drama unfold I'd say Paxum has the upper hand at the moment, has had a large influx of sponsors and dealt with a lot of drama professionally. Granted they have a lot of haters but who doesn't?

What do you like about CashX that we dont offer or have lower fee's for? To take money out of an ATM with CashX I do believe it is 4EUR.

I've signed up to everyone just to try them all out

CashX and Paxum seem to have the best set-up.

After looking into OKPay further i'm not 100% on them, and payoneer isn't 100% either. i-payout seems ok aswell.
