Anyone here ever taken / tried 'alli' ???
Its supposed to be for those who have a BMI greater than .28 (Are morbidly obese) and it blocks 50% of the fat from being absorbed into your body...
That 50% unabsorbed fat, has to go somewhere - (And provided you are having less than 15% fat per meal) then the extra fat will just come out with your poop... However, if you are eating more than 15% fat per meal - Basically - You will shit yourself. The makers are open about this, and call it a 'Treatment effect' Here is a report on it from HERE... So, have you ever taken it, and if so... Did you have any 'Treatment Effects' ??? . |

You say it results in 50% less absorbed fat. This medication is changing the body in a very serious and strong way. I hope it does not have bad side effects. I have not tried it.
From what I read on your link, it talks about increased shit. Perhaps going on a diet through will power is a better idea than using this medication.

I'd personally stay away from those weight loss aids like that
i'd just eat smart and proper exercise... but it easier to say than do .... i need to take my own advice ;/
