I've got someone who would like to send me a payment of 600 ish, and wants to send Payoneer but I don't use them, is there an easy way to transfer or someone interested (trustful) that will accept the payment to their Payoneer and forward some to Paypal (minus fees/plus beer/weed money).

I think you can send money directly with payoneer card to paypal,but some people posted how they charged with crossborder/crossblabla fee when doing it so this transaction could cost toomuch for you.Opening payoneer account and fedex fee for sending card might be cheaper.

Not really worth the hassle to sign up to accept one payment, I'll likely just ask to find another solution, I know a bunch of people are using the cards though so figured this would be the place to ask.

Have them send to you directly via Paypal? Like paying online, just setup a payment page with the Paypal checkout and they do not even need to sign up for PP, just submit their credit card details (they can use their Payoneer card) and that would take care of it with minimal fees.
