    Custodian of Records - Yourself vs Third Party

    So just wondering what the pros and cons are of having a third party maintain 2257 information for you vs doing it yourself or appointing someone in your inner circle. I've seen a lot of places that are offering provide those services for a pretty cheap monthly price.

    What's the better choice?

      You don't have to put your address on the everything 2257 on your sites.
      You got a backup of all your records. your house /office burns down your covered.
      To have a friend do it,they are the custodian so they have to keep certain office hours and in theory they could get in trouble if the records arent correct.

      some stranger has your records
      if you cancel will that person destroy the information.
