Owed by NaughtyAmerica? Claim your money with a lawyer in a class suit

We are owed over 100k in revshare affiliate fees by NA.

The debt started to grow back in 2015. We were promised to get paid all of the time until they banned our affiliate acc. Now they refuse to pay. We are looking for more people whom NaughtyAmerica/NaughtyRevenue might owe some money to proceed with a legal action to make them pay. There were 3 people owed more or around 100k that got paid once they claimed their money earlier in 2018.

There’s a dedicated lawyer ready to proceed with collective claim to get all of us paid. There will be some reasonable fee at the end from the actual payout.

NaughtyAmerica won’t be able to simply dismiss such collective suit since there will be enough money involved to sue them and it also raises fraud allegations above them.

Please get in touch if they banned your account once you claimed your money or any other reason.

Not sure if it's still the rule but back before AVN bought GFY, you used to get banned for talking shit of any kind about a sponsor to paid GFY to advertise.

No correlation between Naughty Allie and Naughty America. Allie and her hubby were tight with gfy mods and I think she may have ran for miss gfy, so I could see how you probably got banned for calling her that, even though that's stupid.

with all due respect that has not been my experience

twice in 41 years I have needed a lawyer to get back money owed. I find that excessive as I'm not an American who sues at the drop of a hat but both instances were warranted

first time, the first indy site I ever worked (and built my biz around, they even made my first personal site as I was the top earner in their network) just decided to stop and left me and everyone else owed in the wind. I was so pissed and everyone told me to drop it. But I investigated and with the help of a US lawyer who was from Jamaica and knew my ex's family I got back every penny owed including all the court costs, skip trace fees, etc etc etc

I had no idea going in I would get all those extra costs reimbursed, just found out in my research they had done this before, got away with it as no one was owed enough to fight back and I was determined to not let history repeat itself

second time, a broke ass loser expat in Turks and Caicos I was renting a home from in a resort tried to bill me for thousands of dollars of 'damage' including rust in the oven (I do not cook, I stored my books in there and never used the oven once for its intended purpose) and smoke burns on fabric I had never seen. and I don't smoke indoors in a home with a no smoking policy. ever.

he was going through a divorce, had no job/income aside from the rent I paid him and he already didn't like me as I brought 'undesirable' locals over often. aka my friends. not wanted in that resort, or his home. ya know my undesirable friends used coasters every time they had even a glass of water? I par with respectful peeps.

when I moved out me and my ex and our best friend who kinda lived with us spent 3 days cleaning the place. my 'undesirable' boy was down on the floor cleaning every crevice of each kitchen door as TCI is very dusty and that dust accumulates where it can over the course of a year. we left the place in absolutely move in condition. actually cleaner than when I moved in.

I not just got back my 2.5k deposit but also the cost of the lawyer writing the letter to my landlord. Once he got the letter from the TCI lawyer he was at her office with a payment covering everything in less than four hours. he knew he was busted for trying to steal from me just because he thought he could

In both cases the lawyers spent extra time with me off the clock convincing me to also ask for my costs in trying to get my own money back. I'm really conservative/risk adverse and just wanted what I was owed, not the costs of pursuing getting those funds.

I won both times. every penny. including their fees and all costs

Both situations were unpleasant and stressful and not something I ever want to repeat. Still, I got what I was owed both times and that was due to the lawyers I hired

Yes legal proceedings are not fun, but aside from recouping funds owed people who try to get away with theft need to be held accountable so they don't keep doing it.

good luck to everyone seeking what they are ethically owed.

He's probably referring more specifically to class action lawsuits, where it can take years to reach a settlement. The funds may not necessarily cover 100% of the amount due to the plaintiffs, and then a large slice of those funds are eaten up by lawyers fees. If the company is on the brink of collapse you could be lucky to see cents in the dollar.

Is the lawyer working on retainer or contingency?

Total payout of $100,000 for a suit seems a bit small...

I gathered that but you are correct that there is a difference between individual and class action proceedings. never been a party to a class action, hope to never be. honestly court proceedings are awful and wouldn't wish that on anyone.

class actions do have a place though, even if the lawyers take a cut. it's a mechanism through which those who may not be able to afford legal costs out of pocket up front can still seek funds owed and hold people accountable for what they do. or don't do. like pay people what they are owed.

that indy site that tried to rip me off owed dozens of people, just none except me were owed enough to justify the cost of pursuing legal recompense.

back to the central point, good luck to everyone owed and I hope this company reaches an understanding one way or another that paying debts is not optional. it's what the rest of us do every day and we manage it so wtf is wrong with those who can't

At the stage of preparing demand letter to pay there won't be any costs. We will see how things go once they refuse to pay.

That way OP is wrong. Currently we are talking about demand letter atm.

Before you start the process make sure they have enough money to pay their lawyers then pay for yours if they lose, then to pay out. This whole thing could leave you making lawyers rich and you getting nothing or even paying for the lawyers to get little or nothing.

Will the lawyers take it on for a share of the winnings?

I dunno, i got everything from epassporte based on the class action from zahawi and i only needed to pay 20% of what i got. I consider that a huge win considering how long it took and that i'd get nothing if it wasn't for the class action.

Andreas is shitting his pants every time he gets a word from a lawyer. He's sitting on a pile of shit he's got himself in over the years that is going to blow up with the right strike.

His worst nightmare is to get into discovery stage as a part of potential litigation.
