What a disappointment your business has been.

I thought the DEC3 also applied to your packages.

I spent an hour or so selecting content, then went to pay. I put the code in DEC3 and it took off the money.

It then said press to pay and you will get an email.

Email came and said that the code does not apply to packages, and asked for the full amount.

No problem, but I was not needing the content today so did not today want to pay full price. I was happy to pay the discounted price that was given at till.

I go visit my friend in hospital who is ill today and get an email saying you have outstanding balance on order 7877, if not paid today order will be cancelled and account closed. This was from a Kelly.

I emailed back to explain that I thought the code was also on packages, and please cancel order and I will make an order soon.

I am looking at regular orders for a new site I plan to set up.

I get a reply in next email: Your account is terminated.

Well I guess you do not want me or my friends as your customers.

Must admit, this seems to be the worst customer service I have experienced ever.

At least it will give me a tale to tell other webmasters for a few years.

I can provide screen grabs for everything in case anyone thinks I am telling fibs.

How amusing.

I get up today and find I have a new email from your firm demanding payment, for the full amount (even though your system quoted me a discounted price).

Yet my account has been terminated. So presumably if I paid this money I could not get my content as my account has been terminated.

Most firms will look after customers. I think yours must be the first to have a sales person not help a customer then terminate the customers account.
