This challenge originally came about as a joke, teasing that a month of abstinence could lead to fantastic results, from increased physical strength to ‘gaining superpowers’. This challenge originated as a parody of No Shave November, a campaign in which men grow moustaches and beards every November to raise awareness of prostate cancer and other male diseases.
No Nut november has its own special feature: the symbol is Anakin Skywalker from Star Wars. The choice of this character is not accidental. Within the franchise, Anakin's journey can be divided into two clear periods: in the beginning, he was a Jedi, with a blue lightsaber and represented the light side of the force. However, influenced by the fear of losing his beloved Padme Amidala and disillusionment with the Order, Anakin turned to the dark side. It was then that he replaced his sword with a red one and eventually became Darth Vader, a key antagonist in the Star Wars universe.
