It's not true that the feds stopped raiding them. The new administration let that be heard in the press but there haven't been any official edicts to make it so.

Here's an omen: as soon as the US attorney in California actually attempted to act on the new administration's words by halting any cases in progress, he reverted. Holder clarified: "uh, well, we didn't say it was legal and shit, yo."

The new administration is all words no action on this issue right now, so don't feel so safe. You're still better off slangin on the street corner for now.

No more licenses are being issued by the state now....i think its about 200 or so out but no more new ones...you would have to buy someone's license and deal with the laws ;-) have fun....
