Worn out VHS

When I was younger I actually thought TopGun was a good movie and literally watched it everyday after school till I could quote the whole thing and annoy everyone trying to watch it with me.
What movies have you guys watched way too many times for your own good?

just a punk 03-05-2015 10:11 AM

Star Wars maybe. Not everyday of course. Maybe 20-30 times for my life. As about TopGun, so I always thought it was a shitty movie. Saw it only once and never even tried to do it again. That's only my personal experience of course. Everyone has his/her own tastes.

Oh MYFG, for real? You are not a pilot, so why TopGun? Why not Platoon (which is a real good movie) for example? Please explain.

P.S. I've joined military in my country not because of some fuckin' movie, but because I've must.

MrBottomTooth 03-05-2015 10:28 AM

Predator. Aliens. T2. They still hold up well today.

I liked 300 when it first came out, but when I went back and watched it I felt my wrists go limp and asked.. "can it possibly get any gayer than this? wtf me..?".

American Psycho was my most watched VHS tape.

Now that everyone likes it, me no like it so much :/

Diomed 03-05-2015 10:44 AM

Beetlejuice for some weird reason. I still can't quite figure that one out, but I've seen it about 8 times.

pinkz 03-05-2015 12:04 PM

Quadrophenia and it was on a betamax tape!

baddog 03-05-2015 12:58 PM

Personally, none; but when my kids were little (like 5-8 years old) the two of them apparently watched Wayne's World with a passion. We would be driving places and they would recite the movie, word for word, including songs.

It used to crack them up when they got to

because it was always the part they would mumble, causing me to ask, "What?"

They never got tired of that.

PaperstreetWinston 03-05-2015 01:34 PM

heavy metal, the animated 80s movie

CaptainHowdy 03-05-2015 02:45 PM

lezinterracial 03-05-2015 03:11 PM

Top Gun from the top.

I used to the watch "The Rock" with Sean Connery and Nick Cage. Cause it was the only tape I had when I lived in Georgia.

seeandsee 03-05-2015 03:22 PM

jesus never done something like that lol

atom 03-05-2015 03:30 PM

Krull, Red Dawn, Iron Eagle and American Ninja. One of those movies was always playing.

SilentKnight 03-05-2015 05:05 PM

Braveheart, Alien/Aliens, Terminator, Predator, IronMan, Forrest Gump, The Omega Man

Just my short list.

Probably watched The Omega Man more times than any other movie I'd say.

DraX 03-05-2015 05:53 PM

When i was younger i thought spaceballs and back to the future to be the best things in the world.

Today I like vaginas better, that's right girls!:thumbsup

candyflip 03-05-2015 05:55 PM

Porky's, Return of the Living Dead Part 2, Spaceballs and Star Wars were a few that I wore out.

TTI-Rich 03-05-2015 06:01 PM

I used to watch Natural Born Killers over and over again and when I wasn't watching it I'd listen to the soundtrack. I look back now and see that the movie was a steaming pile of shit. In fact I tried to listen to the soundtrack again a few weeks ago and made it about 3 minutes before turning it off.

bronco67 03-05-2015 07:22 PM

Point Break.

if it's on one of the movie channels, I'll either DVR it or stop and watch it for a while....and it's been making the rounds lately.

I feel the same way about Road House. 89 was a good year for Patrick Swayze movies.

I am the same way. I used to love it. I wonder what it would be like if Oliver Stone did it the way Tarantino wanted.

Top Gun is a Hollywood movie for little girls. This is the reality. No special effects and no CGI: only real life Russian pilots in action (your topgun sucks a donkey dick in comparison to that):

CurrentlySober 01-14-2018 03:27 PM

This one. Fucking brilliant ! Tim Roth in one of his first ever roles. I know it word perfect :)

Great thread :thumbsup

rogueteens 01-14-2018 04:13 PM

Platoon ruined it for me with the ending.. They fucking napalmed their own base and then he wakes up the next day in a forrest of green grass and trees while being smudged from head to toe with black smut from the supposed exploding bombs...

I still watched the shit out of it though..

Rochard 01-14-2018 07:23 PM

Shhhh. This message is hidden because CyberSEO is on your ignore list.

HairyChick 01-14-2018 07:28 PM

The Jerk
Airplane
Deep Throat
Pat Benatar Live. I was there
Live Aid. Stayed awake for days recording it. Queen I replayed 1000 times at least
An amateur porn movie ... subject description not for public ;)

Still have them in storage. I converted all to DVDs but still kept originals.

onwebcam 01-14-2018 07:34 PM

As an adult.
"The Game" is one of my all time favorites.
"The Aviator" is probably most watched.

I didn't watch much tv as a kid. I was either out running the hood or playing atari.
